Now you can confirm that the vehicle you've been offered is a "Certified Pre-Owned" vehicle that meets the highest industry standards and qualifies for a higher value.

Beginning this winter, select vehicles at participating car dealers will sport Canadian Black Book Validated Value labels on their windows. This is your assurance that the certified pre-owned vehicle you are considering meets stringent standards specified by the vehicle manufacturer, and is CPO Value Validated by Canadian Black Book.

Every Validated Value vehicle will be registered in the Canadian Black Book National Certified Pre-owned vehicle registry, powered by CBB's industry partner, Roy Speed Ross.

Using a smart phone, consumers will be soon be able to scan the QR code on the Canadian Black Book validation label, right on the spot! This will link back to CBB National CPO registry and provide additional information on the vehicle.
