Ford Freestyle

Climb into the Ford Freestyle to discover an SUV that offers a smooth driving experience combined with an impressive amount of space. With room for up to 7 passengers and extendable cargo storage, this is an extremely versatile vehicle.

Enjoy the Space with a Ford Freestyle

A Ford Freestyle finally offers what everyone has been waiting for: a mid-sized SUV which has enough room to seat 7 adults without being a giant-sized beast on the road.

The Freestyle has 5 doors, being a mid-sized wagon that can seat up to 7 passengers without feeling cramped.

With three rows of seating, there's a variable configuration which allows the interior cargo space to be expanded when needed. With all seven seats in position, the cargo space behind the third row is very roomy. The third row folds flat in just two swift moves, extending the storage. If you do the same to the second row of seating you will be shocked with all the amount of space that can be utilized.

Front wheel drive comes as standard with the option to upgrade into a four-wheel drive, although the former offers the better fuel economy. Each vehicle comes fitted with a V6 3.0-litre engine providing 203 horsepower and 207 lb.-ft. of torque. This is paired with a continuously variable transmission.

Choose Your Trim

The Ford Freestyle comes in three different trim levels: the SE, SEL, and Limited, with an increasing number of features included in each.

However, even the entry-level SE comes fitted with a decent trim, a full power package, air conditioning, captain's chairs in the second row and a CD player. Upgrading adds a number of extras such as leather upholstery, heated mirrors, and seats, dual zone climate control and an improved audio experience.

Taking Safety Seriously

The entry-level Ford Freestyle doesn't come fitted with all the safety features that drivers might want but traction control and ABS are included as standard, along with side impact airbags. Drivers can opt to upgrade to head curtain airbags for additional protection.

For security, while immobile, any of the trims can have an object-sensing alarm system added while the passive anti-theft system will reject any effort to start the ignition that doesn't contain the authorized chip. Remote keyless entry is also included with a keypad that allows the vehicle to be both locked and unlocked.

The Ford Freestyle provides a huge amount of space with the ability to increase or decrease passenger room with just a few flicks. Low riding and easier to access than other vehicles in its category, this is the ultimate SUV for convenience and style.
