Canadian Black Book, Canada’s leading source for vehicle valuations, residual value forecast solutions and VIN decoding, today announced that Yolanda Biswah has been promoted to Vice President of Sales.  Biswah joined Canadian Black book in November of 2015, previously serving as Director of Sales and Customer Experience. In her new role, she will have leadership responsibility for all of Canadian licencing of data related products.

forecast solutions and VIN decoding, today announced that Yolanda Biswah has
been promoted to Vice President of Sales. 
Biswah joined Canadian Black book in November of 2015, previously serving
as Director of Sales and Customer Experience. In her new role, she will have
leadership responsibility for all of Canadian licencing of data related products.

To further
the company’s growth strategy, Biswah has been tasked with leading Canadian
Black Book’s sales strategy. Additionally, she will lead the introduction of
several new products heading into 2020, all of which are designed to help
industry customers reduce risk and maximize profit.

Biswah’s background includes 20 years in sales
and customer support management roles, with the last 14 years spent in the
automotive industry.
