On the power aspect, there is a 3.5-litre V6 engine, generating 295 horsepower, to the standard front wheels, or the optional all-wheel-drive system. As far as fuel economy is concerned, the Infiniti QX60 Hybrid reportedly offers 8.71 L/100 km when driven on the highway and 11.76 L/100 km in the city.

There is a wide variety of standard and available features, which include a fitted 8.0-inch touch screen and optional rear-seat entertainment. Other options include an onboard Wi-Fi facility, adaptive cruise control, and automated emergency braking.

Around View Monitoring

AVM is a feature advantage on the Infiniti QX60 Hybrid that should make any driver breathe a sigh of relief and start looking for the nearest Infiniti showroom. It is the Around View® Monitor designed to give related views of the position of your vehicle and surrounding objects. Visual coverage is provided by various cameras, which are located in the centre of the front grille, on the exterior mirrors and above the license plate on the rear of the vehicle.

They, in turn, are supported by sonar sensors located on both bumpers. The cameras give you 360-degree vision, which is visible on the dash display situated in the central console. In the event of your vehicle approaching proximity that is too close to another vehicle or any other stationary object, audible and visual warnings are given including on the dash display panel.

Detecting Moving Objects

The detection of moving objects is also a significant aspect of driving safety and Infiniti has again with creative and innovative ability improved upon this technology first debuted in 2007. MOD is an Infiniti QX60 Hybrid feature capable of actively sensing motion from the front, rear or from either side of a vehicle. Should there be an object in motion, for example, a child, animal or a ball that suddenly makes an appearance within range; you can determine the location of the movement on the dash display panel.

The Infiniti design engineers have made significant updates to the QX60 Hybrid. Maintaining their high standards of quality, they have added to this Crossover vehicle features and advantages that make for more convenient and safer motoring. The improved dynamics have enhanced the inherent luxurious comfort of the QX60 and its safety aspects.
